All products are delivered electronically as downloadable digital files. We do not sell physical software boxes or tangible storage media.

2. Instant Fulfillment & Delivery

Delivery is immediate. The moment your checkout completes through our payment processor, your download access is unlocked on the confirmation screen and sent directly to your billing email address. Plus, you get lifetime personal access to the specific version of the files purchased.

3. Commercial License & Intellectual Property

When you purchase a toolkit, MedApex IT Solutions LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to deploy the scripts and configuration blueprints across your personal or client web servers.

Keep in mind:

• You may modify, customize, and adapt the code to suit your server configurations.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, leak, or repackage our scripts or blueprints into competing code packages or digital stores.
• MedApex IT Solutions LLC retains all intellectual property rights and code copyrights.

4. Pricing & Transparent Payment Terms

Here's the deal: All prices listed on our site are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are one-time charges with zero hidden recurring fees. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, and PayPal.

Full payment is required prior to file release. If an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal occurs, your product license is automatically revoked.

5. Technical Support & Scope

Every toolkit purchase includes complimentary technical guidance for implementing the scripts. Support is limited to the functionality of our delivered code. We do not provide free custom full-stack development, server hosting migration overhauls beyond the blueprint instructions, or maintenance for unrelated third-party software.

We stand behind our code with a transparent 14-day refund window for verifiable technical defects that our team cannot resolve. Because files are delivered immediately upon checkout, orders cannot be canceled between authorization and file delivery. 7. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Let's be honest: server environments vary significantly. We test and engineer our configuration scripts for modern, standard Linux, Nginx, Apache, and MySQL environments. However, our products are provided "as is" without warranty against conflicts caused by faulty third-party hosting, expired certificates, unvetted third-party plugins, or improper server root administration.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable US law, MedApex IT Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper code deployment. In any event, our total aggregate liability is limited strictly to the dollar amount paid for the product in dispute.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal claim, arbitration, or dispute arising out of this agreement shall be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
